How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your driftwood for any reason, just contact us within 3 days after you receive your order by filling out the "Return Authorization Request" form below and email us the required documents. Upon receipt of your request, we will email you a RMA number and complete details for returning your purchase. After you receive your RMA, simply return the items to us in the same condition as they were sent to you. When we receive your returned items we will inspect them and then reimburse payment, issue a credit or exchange the item, whichever you prefer.
Note: Customer have to cover any of the return expenses including shipping rate, packing materials cost and etc.
