Currently located in Chino Hills, California, APetHouse.com directly imports high quality Malaysian Driftwood originally collected from Malaysian Swamp area, which is considered as the finest types of aquarium driftwood in the world. We are taking every effort to delight all the aquarium and terrarium pet lovers and beyond their expectation.

 

Our driftwood is completely natural, unique, quality, dense and self sinking. No two pieces of driftwood look alike whereby each piece is unique and has its own character, shape, curve and beauty. Fish love driftwood and will make it their home once it is introduced into the aquarium, especially when live plants are added to the holes and hollow areas of driftwood. They are suitable for use with most fish, reptiles, lizards, snakes, spiders, frogs, hamsters, birds and turtles. Moreover, our driftwood can provide the perfect addition to your favorite critter's natural living habitat or a unique centerpiece for your aquarium or terrarium!

 

Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Prices, photos & features are subject to change without notice. Pictures are for illustration purposes only. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also pre-pay by Money Order. Please allow 7 to 15 days for check to clear.

 

Overseas customers please be noted that we DO NOT accept foreign credit cards. Payment is via wire transfer or PayPal only. International Money Order in US Dollars which can be withdrawn in USA is also acceptable. Please contact us for detail banking information.

 

 

 

If you are not happy with your driftwood for any reason, just contact us within 72 hours after you receive your order by filling out the "Return Authorization Request" form below. Upon receipt of your request, we will email you a RMA number and complete details for returning your purchase.  After you receive your RMA, simply return the items to us in the same condition as they were sent to you.  When we receive your returned items we will inspect them and then reimburse payment, issue a credit or exchange the item, whichever you prefer.

 

 

Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. All orders are packed with the utmost care. If you received a broken item, chances are it was thrown around during transit. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Package(s)" before signing. If your driftwood arrives damaged we must be notified within 24 hours. Contact us immediately so we can contact the Carriers. All packing materials and damaged item must be kept by the customer for carrier inspection. Sometimes, before we receive an insurance reimbursement from the Carriers, the Carriers may contact you in order to inspect the box and the packing materials.

 

APetHouse.com is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipment sent through the Carriers without insurance.

All orders are shipped insured with Tracking of shipping carriers. In the rare event an order is lost by the Carrier during transit, we will gladly replace the order or issue a refund upon completion of the insurance claim. However, if the Tracking shows delivery was made to your address, we will not accept responsibility if you do not receive your order (it is lost or stolen after delivery). We suggest if you live in an area prone to theft, to notify all Carriers to either hold your packages for pickup or to only deliver when someone is available to receive them.

 

Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount and/ or pay shipping cost to re-ship the order.

 

 

Order with "On hold status" is defined as orders that cannot be processed due to an error. We might hold your order for the following reasons:

In order to prevent any delay of shipments, please make sure you have correctly input your billing information. If it is needed, in addition, please notify your bank regarding your shipping address. If needed, please feel free to contact us to verify your information so that your order will be guaranteed ship out within next 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we are unable to be verify or process.
